Edward Everett Horton was born in 1886 according to Wikipedia. So- easily great-grandparents or with a little luck, even great-great grandparents. That makes it much better.
Pretty risque for 1934! One thing I can’t get out of my head though - the dancers would have been more than old enough to be my grandparents.
