@DaveInSoCal Depends what software you're using? Though a better idea might be to make a larger canvas than the existing image, and paste the (relative to the canvas) smaller existing image in where you want it.

@ceagee I just use Paint (hax0r!) and paste the picture there, and then I expand the canvas.

@tomakellogg I use imgur.com. Basically I select-all/copy in mspaint and just paste into the imgur site.

@tomakellogg I use tinypic.com. If you don't mind having to deal with a lot of pop-ups, it's free and seems to load faster than imgur.
