These make an outdoor kitty very happy. Or an indoor kitty. I’ve used Thermo-Kitty brand for many years for smaller stuff. Heated pads and heated beds. Some even worked on 12V (not this one, but it could with an inverter.) when I traveled with my cat in winter, he found a nice sleeping spot on the floor under the back seat. With Thermo-Kitty he had a warm comfy place even in Nebraska when it was like 4 degrees outside.
