Meaning short bit of snow followed by short bit of sun? Yes that was yesterday.
Me: Sounds like it’s raining.
DH: That is snow.
Me: Right.
Couple hours later I am on my way to work and the sun is out. Maybe another hour and snowing. Black clouds and the sun again. More snow. Going home sun and wet grass. Weird day.
@bleedmichigan In upstate New York, as an undergrad, we were stupid idiots and would wear converse canvas sneakers with no socks in knee deep snow and some also would wear shorts with their heavy winter jacket.
@bleedmichigan@Kyeh I think there may be regional differences how college kids dress. In northern ID there were a lot of flannel shirts, hiking boots, basic jeans and stuff one would wear hunting with both sexes. In AR a bit more dressy than ID, but still pretty basic jeans and t-shirts with both sexes, more fancy sneakers though. Here in MS there is a lot of low budget lady of the night with the women and really fancy jeans often hanging at the bottom of the butt and high end sneakers with the men.
Here (Seacoast nh) it is shorts weather when it’s not actually snowing AND the temperature is under 25F. We bear our short pants with pride, like our ancestors, the hardy Brits and Normans.

I’ve been training for a half marathon that got cancelled so it’s usually a shorts day when I’m running. Even though with the cancellations I’m not sure why I’m still running but oh well
Generally work in shorts (or better still old swim trunks) when I am outside and the weather is good. That way I can hit the pool now and then (after a quick rinse) to lower my core temp.

@speediedelivery Good to know someone is still working and not confined to their home.
@hchavers @speediedelivery I do both. Livin’ the dream!
Every day is shorts season wherever you are. That’s what thermostats are for…
Short season is currently decided hour by hour.
Every season is shorts season in Florida.
Short season is every day of the year. Grow some you can wear shorts in any weather.
@bleedmichigan
Some what? Leg hair?

@bleedmichigan @Kidsandliz The college kids still do that, only the girls wear shorts, puffy coats, and Ugg boots. And the shorts have gotten shorter!

@bleedmichigan @Kidsandliz Well, the girls here lately have their butts hanging out the bottom of the shorts!
@bleedmichigan @Kidsandliz yeah, baby

I’m not even to “pants” let’s take this slow ok?
Any season can be shorts season if you refuse to wear pants.
@ZeroCharisma Well at least keep your robe closed!
It always is.
For me it is!
High was 91* today. Right now it’s after 8PM and it’s 84*. Definitely shorts weather.
Maybe a few hours a day. But not tomorrow, cool and rainy weather is coming back.
Yes, making it a perfect day to buy a huge scarf on Meh.
@ThunderChicken Use it to wrap up your grocery frozen food to keep it cold while driving home in shorts weather. Problem solved.
@Kidsandliz Good idea. But I have my groceries delivered. I guess I could use it as a huge mask when meeting the delivery person.
Conference calls from home everyday makes for many pants optional days. But I don’t wear shorts.

Some days yes, other day sno
Nope, no snow
But yeah, there is no 24/7/52 in the choices
Except for all the blizzards last week, it’s shorts weather during the day and electric blanket time at night.
I’m a tough guy / bro from the north east. I wear shorts even when it’s “wicked” cold.
@zinimusprime that’s pissah!

Sister site had shorts on…
“Skype meeting shorts.”
