Last summer I tested the waters with various colors of a particular batik shirt that I can’t get enough of. I have like seven or eight of them now (definitely eight, I just counted them), some more subtle than others.
Winter, however, calls for long sleeves and neck protection. If turtlenecks with that pattern existed, I’d be set for life.
@shahnm - I hear ya - I couldn’t find any turtlenecks locally, so ordered three off an eBay seller last year - made in China, where apparently wearers have long, narrow arms and necks, short torsos, and like a solid polyester fabric that traps heat.
I am a stay at home Wife & Fur Mama, & also have a bakery for animals out of my home, so I wear leggings or sweats w tshirts most of the time. However, I can say I’m dressed better in my “comfy” clothes than most of the POW (People Of Walmart) in my town. Why can’t you put sweats on instead of pajama pants people???!!! Are ya THAT lazy???!!!
I’m a software developer. I can wear whatever I want to work. Some co-workers wear shorts and t-shirt and flip-flops. I wear jeans and aloha shirt in summer. Jeans and whatever interesting long-sleeve shirts I can find in the winter.
Woah, dream come true. I do wear jeans & t-shirts to work. Or cargo pants and t-shirts. Or the occasional polo shirt with Dr. Who, Star Wars, or Star Trek graphics instead of a guy riding a horse. I even have a Space Invaders polo shirt.
