ideas for a design tweak or two to the deal list
3Links look grayed out when visited… Originally I thought this meant the deal was sold out, but instead there doesn’t seem to be an indicator of that on the topic list.
For a format with this (where there’s lots of ongoing deals), having some indication of what’s still open / what sold out would be neat. Unless it’s there and I’m just somehow missing it.

you expect too much from Meh…
@katsuronishi Nah, given their new website I fully expect this to be pasta over.
The topics get greyed out when visited. I don’t know how that could be any different.
Plus, what’s the fun in knowing which are sold out??
@RiotDemon I mean, in some cases I’m trying to coordinate purchases with the people I live with, and it’d be good to know if stuff is still available at a glance.
I know they’re grayed out when visited, they just look grayed out enough that it feels more like disabled than visited (e.g. a grayed out checkbox, but in link form).
Or don’t move on to the next item until current item is sold out.
Congrats to Snapster on the concept of allowing people the opportunity for revisiting and being able to buy deals that have moved on. What a stress reliever for us introspective types that have to run a pros and cons checklist, who hate to be forced into an impulse buy. I much prefer to ready and aim before I pull the trigger, vice suffering from buyer’s regret every time there’s a mehrathon. You haven’t lost your touch for innovation!
Mehrathon rules are buy first, coordinate later. You’re all doing it wrong.
