I usually consume nothing but (plain) coffee and water until lunch. I don’t eat when I’m not hungry, and it takes a few hours for my body to start sending any signals other than “wait, am I actually awake or is this some cruel trick?”
@3Phen I’ve never understood how people can eat right after they wake up. My whole immediately family is the same way. I don’t think I could even force myself to.

Breakfast foods for breakfast are not it. I’ll usually have a sandwich of some kind or leftovers from dinner.

I try to make fresh muffins with added nuts, sometimes fruit and peanut butter- for breakfast
Hi-caf coffee and a cliff bar starting out, and then followed up with a hard-boiled egg and 1/2 a PB&J on whole wheat a couple hours later.
I only eat once every 3 days. Usually around 9pm.
