I have a bright orange (yuck; the inside is gray and I am tempted to use it inside out) North Face sleeping bag I bought at a remainder place for $25 that I keep in the car for just that purpose. Actually if you live up north enough selling it to hunters would probably get you a decent price.
It is well known that phones are cooler/blue color biased because it stimulates our retinas more to trigger attention and responses. The two things advertisers are paying for - your eyeballs and attention.
It is not a coincidence we are subliminally “drawn” to these devices. Doomscrolling is the intended behavior training.

I will post this 10-hour video of a solid orange screen to play as a desktop backgroud.
