Bike riding, keeping my brain active, sunscreen and not feeling like I am old(er).
I also ride the Costco cart to my car every time by jumping on to the back lower area and holding onto the handles (there is no steering available so I can’t get all the way to my car). It generates onlooker smiles and I feel better.
@andyw You can steer a bit if you pull back a little and swing your weight around.
Ease of steering depends a bit on what’s in your cart and how it’s loaded.

You are right and as a former, and old, waterskier, I do what I can but it isn’t enough to safely turn corners, so I have to hop for a moment and re-aim.

I’m sure I’ll appreciate it when I’m older, now, not so much.

Cultural movements, memes, tech corporations, politics, (social) media, it’s all increasingly foreign and ill-conceived… wait a minute. I’m only in my 30s.
So, when I look in the mirror, I think I look about average for someone my age. But Friday I had some passport photos taken for renewal, and I look 10 years older in them. Lighting? Some kind of filter? WTF?
i play video games. i do martial arts and archery. i learn new skills (in the past decade i’ve taken up, for varying amounts of time, archery, glass blowing, ceramics, new cooking skills, bead making, painting, competitive video gaming - also learning how do deal with household electrical and plumbing projects). i take joy in life. My body is getting older with its aches and sags and wrinkles and grey hair (and since when did grey hair become the hot trend?) - but i keep my mind expanding and i feel younger in my mind at 50 than i did at 29.
i mean, i do dye my hair, i do take care of my skin (including staying inside or wearing sunscreen), and i do dress the same way i did when i was in high school, but that’s just because i like doing those things. it’s not in an effort to cling to my youth for fear of aging or looking “old.”
Act immature. But really, it’s not acting.
By not dying yet.

Well the father of a friend of mine does it by celebrating anniversaries of turning 29. Trouble is he has celebrated more than 29 of them…

I started roller skating again a couple of months ago. I’m not sure how much it’s helping cuz I feel old since I’m not that great at it.
I guess I’m not too worried yet because most people think I’m 5-10 years younger than I actually am.

Laugh, love, live. And play a lot with my grandkids, they keep me young.
Moisturizer, moisturizer, moisturize and make sure to moisturizer my neck too. And get enough sleep.
