@eq52515@PocketBrain it’s weird that it says this like that. That NVR has a built in POE switch, and the NVR itself takes a standard computer power cable. So no power adapters are needed.
No Cat5/Cat6 cables are included to connect the cameras, I’m sure, but that’s no big deal as you would likely pull cables to install these cameras so they would be made to length. But it doesn’t appear to be missing needed pieces to function like the writeup would make it seem.

What are the cameras temp ratings? It can get to 30 below where I live. -30f/-34c
