I once got some wireless earbuds with possibly the worst Bluetooth chipset ever sold. Or maybe the manufacturer forgot to include an antenna or something. Point was they only worked reliably if I kept my phone pressed up against the earbud.
Only with stuff I bought intending to use, then never used for one reason or another. Like I got some yard lights that sit almost flush with the ground. Then remembered we get snow and that would probably kill them. And one area I was going to put a few lights in floods and hold water in heavy rain. Oops, so they are still in a box.
Of course, isn’t that part of the reason they are in business. Impulse buying either late at night when your senses are dulled, quickly before your wife sees what you are purchasing, or buying something you think you need but really don’t. That is their business model.
Outside of IRKs, honestly no. The swim shorts actually worked out well for our recent vacation, and that occasional wine drop?.. I’m always on board. I’ve enjoyed the power banks at their price points… but I’m OK with no more stroopwafles for a bit More flashlights would be great.

@narfcake LMAO after I posted earlier I remembered the neoprene sleeves. I also think I still have a box stashed in the back of a closet. For some reason I bought 2 (at the time I had a brilliant idea to repurpose them which I forgot what it was by the time they showed up). I only dropped 1 box at the thrift store because I felt like 2 would be too many.

The Krups Coffee Maker… well, I’d buy another in a heartbeat if I could find one. Best coffee ever.
And a couple of air purifiers that keep me breathing.
Tac light flashlights that I use every day, still going strong.

Yeah… those USB mini-vibrators turned out to be total shit. And not even worth the pittance I paid for them as gag gifts.

But overall, most of the stuff I’ve gotten, including the many fuko and fuku (like 12 or15?) were mostly not crap.
And I ended up with the rest of the baby (I’ll see if I can find that pic), and it is still in my office at work (tho my office mate moved it behind the coat rack because he thinks it is “just too creepy.”
Found the photo, tho not before the edit window closed… and that CD player thing did end up going into the garbage because it was actually dead… but it was offset by the baby, so a good thing as a package:
Yep! Those rubber ice spikes for shoes. Couldnt stretch on shoes and rubber broke if you tried. And the sugar gum stuff to make you not want to eat sweets. It went well with the choc covered fruit balls

Only one I can remember: TrackR pixels. Fortunately, Meh spared me and put 5 less trackers in the box (while putting the full number of batteries).

Some malfunctioning earbuds (my faves were the “extra long life!” ones which lasted all of about 15 minutes.
I’d have returned those…but then the horrible puppy ate them.)
