@njfan let’s agree to disagree and call it a day. It takes all kinds to make the world go round anyway, and your position just means there’s more fixings available for my sandwich. Deal?
Turkey and noodles coming soon. Stock is in the fridge and ready for soup. Leftover Thanksgiving dinner, last chance tonight. Turkey club sandwiches for another day or two. Such variety! IDIC!
I’m guessing some folks might think this is a subjective question but it isn’t. Turkey sandwiches is the correct answer.
@njfan Good answer. I should make some bread tomorrow.
@njfan does your turkey sandwich include dressing and cranberry sauce? Because it should. Sweet potatoes can be invited to the party as well.
@djslack all parts of your statement are incorrect, sir!

@djslack it’s the season of giving so sure, why not, haha.
I eat them as they are. I don’t change them or put them on a sandwich, I just put them on a plate.
@RiotDemon Same, and then I make soup out of the turkey carcass.
@RiotDemon THIS
What is this “leftovers” you speak of?
Well when it was my best friend’s grandmother cooking a ham sandwiches were the best.
Most people cook that dry, ugly ass, peacock wanna be called turkey so the best way is if you don’t have to do any prep or cleanup.
@yakkoTDI tell us how you really feel about a wonderful gamebird.
The microwave
Any way is great, as long as it’s served with a side of mashed potatoes and brought to me in bed!!

throw whatever is left on a plate, cover with gravy eat?
well kinda depends on mood and what you made.
Dinner tonight was a plate of the rest of the mashed potatoes and green bean casserole.
We like Thanksgiving leftovers so much I cooked another Turkey yesterday, and my wife made 3 more pies.
I have the best turkey recipe, so it isn’t dry and you don’t have to cook it in a plastic bag so the skin is golden perfection.
I do wish we were better at knowing how to make soup etc, we just throw the carcass away.
