Experience with the 2 for $ 10 drones

Sent both my son and my daughter each an order of these 2 for $ 10 drones. Daughter hasn’t used hers yet but it took my 41 year old son and my 5 1/2 year old granddaughter approx 15 minutes to lose both of them in the woods near their house. He claimed the drones veered sharply to the right upon take off. I think it was operator error on both their parts.

Anyone else have any experience with these drones?

I think most drones need calibration right out of the box.

If you promptly lose your drone, you probably went full throttle.

He said he was using the training mode what ever that is. Still had and was using the 3 for $ 5 drones I sent him from meh back in August of 2016 all be it always in the house.

  “always in the house” <- There’s the difference.
  These little guys get shoved around by my air conditioner’s “gusts”. Outside, they don’t stand a chance.
