Do you know who I would contact regarding forum feature issues?

Specifically... Drone.horse is generally a low volume site. I'd like to have the capability to subscribe to the main forum, and be notified of new postings in any category, rather than just replies to me.

Any idea who I'd contact to discuss the addition of this feature?
