@pakopako Three models out of a large line, very few of which have failed, and they aren’t waiting for the FTC to get on their case about it? I’d call that a pretty reputable way to handle a problem. Lest we forget, Samsung had issues in the Note10 [EDIT: It was the Note 7], and they make the batteries themselves. [second edit, some of the batteries, with a different fault, were made by a formerly trusted third-party supplier] Anker sources cells from suppliers that are as trustworthy as they can find, like LG, so this had to be a really unpleasant surprise.
Dammit. I just bought one of these two weeks ago so I could do work on the drive home from my parents house.
