The only one I have seen was Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny. I thought it was good and a fitting closing to the series. I saw it in Imax in Los Angeles while visiting there. The visuals were impressive, but the backgound sound as well as most non-dialogue sound was too loud.
@chienfou I have been to relatively few movies due to the pandemic and the lack of decent theaters in my area. In a small-ish theater in a popular, but small town, I saw a few. With Glass Onion, No Time to Die (hmm, two Daniel Craig movies) and Top Gun: Maverick I had little trouble with the dialogue. Maybe the sound system was “less sophisticated” and ended up being better! The projection was quite good, BTW.
I don’t know shit about any of these movies in the the theater right now. I know Barbie bc I’m a girl and Spider-Man bc I’m a tom boy but I couldn’t tell what the fuck they were about.
I was also surprised as shit that they made another fucking Indiana jones movie bc dude is looking old. But you gotta give the people what they want or beat a horse until it’s dead.
@Star2236 one is about a boy bitten by a spider and one is about… Someone named barbie. I assume. somehow I’m sure the second one will somehow inflame a certain section of the population regardless of what the plot is.
IDK what they are doing with Indiana Jones. Ring last drop I guess? People didn’t want them…
It’s summer already? opens curtains
The biggest surprise: Sound of Freedom
@hchavers the sound of deez nuts

@andyw
That has been a problem for a lot of movies over the past several years.

DestinySound@Salanth @werehatrack Barbenheimer Cloned Tyrone at Camp Spider-Verse…?
The Sound of Freedom
Based on the movies I have seen I would say Asteroid City, Spider-Man and Oppenheimer.
@yakkoTDI these are the only three I’ve seen. They’re too different to really rank
Barbie is amazing and unexpectedly profound. The flash was super fun! Can’t wait for Oppenheimer
Sound of Freedom
I watched The Devil Wears Prada on a flight a few days ago. I haven’t been to the movie theater since the first Wonder Woman.
@kittykat9180
I can honestly say I do not remember the last movie I saw in a theater, but it if around that timeframe I believe.
The only one I’ve seen of those is Theater Camp. It was better than I expected.
Finally watched Carwash.
It is fantastic.
And Drive with Ryan Gosling, which took a violent turn but made me want to read the story that inspired it.

@unksol no…I just don’t “go” to the movies so I just answered accordingly. It’s always Tag. And Sandlot. ️
/showme the sound of Barbenheimer
I’m waiting for The Meg 2.
@sammydog01 I just saw the preview for that. I never knew there was a first one.
@yakkoTDI It’s fun, you should check it out.
@sammydog01 It did look like a fun movie so I may track down the first one and then see the second in the theatre.
