Not rocket science to use a bottle brush, and a little soap, rinse it a few times.
Remember the Bubba cups from here years back? Both of my 16 and 24 ounce have survived, falling off the top of my car besides many bottle brushes. I would buy those again as they are all stainless inside and out.
@Oldelvis So do I. But I bought two 64-oz bottles from WallyWorld (I’m not sure which brand) that failed after a few trips through the dishwasher. Since they’re supposed to be able to accept hot coffee, why should they be harmed by a dishwasher? Were they trying to rely on some dishwasher-removable sealant applied to the bottom cap to maintain the vacuum in the flask? I pitched them both and replaced them with a pair that explicitly says they’re dishwasher-safe. Much joy, no further issues.
I got these. They’re perfectly functional, although I don’t like the straw/spout assembly as much as my old Contigos. It’s smaller bore, less ergonomic, and the straws tend to come loose a lot easier.
That said, for $5 each I can forgive a lot of sins, and I can confirm they do keep ice overnight, which my old non-insulated Contigos didn’t.
A secret I’ve never divulged until now; I’ve haven’t washed my water bottle in the past year. To clarify, I only put water in the bottle and I do regularly wash the lid. The container part gets flushed regularly but never scrubbed with soap and water.
Bought these last time they were for sale on here the sister sites. The flow out of the flip lid sucks, its so slow. The straw lid isn’t terrible. The mouth of the bottle is too narrow for my cocktail ice balls to fit. I like the CamelBak Chute Mag way better, been using it for like a decade.

I was searching for a triple‑insulated water bottle and came across their site while comparing options on Amazon and other retailers. I ordered the assorted colors and was impressed that I received one of each—something many online stores get wrong.
Shipping was fast, and the double‑boxing was a pleasant surprise; most deal sites ship items in the manufacturer’s packaging, which often arrives damaged. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely purchase again when I see items that match my interests.
The Amazon listing details say that these are hand-wash only.
