OK, last comment on these - we ended up using most of them over Christmas, so I have a better sample size. The first box I opened was the roughly 1 inch almost square chocolate covered ones, and those were intact. That size were the only ones that survived shipping, though. The longer chocolate covered ones had only a little breakage. The full sized butter cookies and waffles were about half broken - usually just in half. The almond thins were crumbs, not one cookie intact or close to it.
Everything tasted good, but condition was a bummer.
I spoke a little too soon. The almond ones, which are delicious, were smashed to bits. New theory - the chocolate coating protects the enraged ones. I’ll test this out soon.
I really don’t need any more of these cookies after buying them twice already.

@sfwineguy the almond ones in mine were smashed too. The others were OK though.

I’m really tempted but everyone’s been saying that these arrived mashed to crumbly bits.
@Kyeh I haven’t had any crumbly bits. Every last cookie has been perfectly in tact.
My only complaint so far has been that the chocolate rice ones have a bit of a burnt taste in the rice to me.
@zachdecker Oh, hmmm - so maybe the crushed cookie people just have bad delivery drivers. Not sure if I trust mine or not!
