I’m dubious about the amount of pull each of the bands has as it depends a lot on how the band is held and stretched (and also how old it is). But these are great for keeping up with an exercise routine when travelling or when you don’t have access to a gym (for whatever reason coughstupid pandemiccough). I’ve also used similar bands in group fitness classes. They can definitely be effective when used correctly (lots of workouts available online).
