We found one of the RoboCrawlers napping on something soft in one of the rooms upstairs. Doyle couldn’t make heads or tails of it, but Glethers had heard of these things. She said that the name of the room in which we keep our nightly rejuvenation pods–the “bedroom”–actually refers to a physical object, the “bed,” which was a flat soft service one laid upon. The thing on which the RoboCrawler slept was a “blanket” which would be laid over top the body as it rested. Of course, we all laughed at this, because it was so profoundly ridiculous! Lying still? For hours at a time? Please!
