Bēm Mojo Speaker with Charging Base

  • Bluetooth speaker a little smaller than a tennis ball, and a lot less bouncy
  • Sits on a charging base/power bank that gives its battery superhuman 16-hour stamina
  • You can also charge other stuff via the USB port: never get caught without a charged-up nose-hair trimmer ever again
  • Plays audio via Bluetooth or aux-in, and does speakerphone calls: just please don’t do them near us at the park or on the bus or anything, that’s obnoxious
  • Model: HL2739A (neither the make nor the model has an H or an L in it, so we’d really love to know what those letters stand for)

4% of the Way to Paradise

Imagine if everything in your life got 4% better. Your paycheck is 4% bigger. Your bills are 4% smaller. Your commute is 4% shorter. You can run 4% faster, sing 4% more melodiously, think 4% more intelligently. Your videogaming performance goes up 4% in every game. Your TV looks 4% better and the sitcoms are 4% funnier. Food tastes 4% better and you can eat 4% more of it without gaining weight.

4% doesn’t sound like much. But across the board, it adds up.

We’ve sold Bluetooth speakers very much like this Bēm Mojo before. By the same manufacturer, even. It’s a little smaller than a tennis ball, sounds louder and fuller than you might think, and connects to any audio source via either Bluetooth or aux-in. It can also handle speakerphone calls.

So far, ho-hum. But, twist! It sits on a conducive-charging power bank base. That gives the Bēm Mojo a longer-than-usual 16-hour battery life, and/or the ability to charge other devices via USB. Our estimate is that this makes this speaker about 4% better than a typical portable speaker in its class.

That’s a small change that covers a small part of your life, we admit. But it’s one improvement you can make right now, for 18 bucks. Take care of that and you can concentrate on more important things, like playing the piano 4% better, getting 4% better gas mileage, and posting 4% more interesting comments in the forum.
